Digital Delivery — No Physical Shipping

GlucoNest products are 100% digital downloads. We do not ship any physical items, so there are no shipping costs, carriers, or delivery addresses involved in your order.

How You'll Receive Your Files

After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive your files through one or both of the following methods:

  • Instant download: A download link will appear on the order confirmation page immediately after checkout.
  • Email delivery: A confirmation email containing your download link(s) will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout, typically within a few minutes.

Delivery Timing

  • Most customers receive access to their files instantly or within a few minutes of completing their purchase.
  • In rare cases (e.g., email delivery delays), it may take up to 24 hours for your files to arrive.

Didn't Receive Your Files?

If you haven't received your download link within 24 hours of purchase, please:

  1. Check your spam or promotions folder
  2. Confirm the email address you used at checkout is correct
  3. Contact us directly and we'll resend your files right away

Technical Requirements

To access and print your files, you'll need:

  • A device with internet access to download the PDF
  • A PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, available free)
  • A printer, if you plan to print your materials at home
